"Diligence" represents diligence, which is one of the core qualities that the school hopes to develop in its students. However, Principal Li is also deeply aware that pure diligence can easily make students feel tired, so "fun" has become the key element to balance "diligence". The connotation of "fun" goes beyond the superficial sense of achievement. The happiness when students achieve good grades and receive rewards from parents is certainly important, but the deeper meaning is to allow students to experience the fun of the learning process.
