Chong Gene Hang College is the first secondary school in Chai Wan District. In the past, Mr. and Mrs. Zhang Zhenxing donated their savings and handed it over to the Lasallians to run the school. V. A. R. K dynamic classroom takes care of personalized learning

Research points out that every student has different learning needs, and teaching models that match learning styles can effectively take care of students' learning performance, arouse learning motivation, and enhance learning interest. Based on this, the school cooperated with the Education University of Hong Kong to conduct professional research and launched the "V. A. R. K Dynamic Classroom" to find a suitable learning direction for students based on their personal characteristics and expertise in the four aspects of vision, hearing, reading and writing, and kinesthetics. The school understands each student's learning style through questionnaires and provides data support for classroom design. It can design task-based and interactive teaching for students with different characteristics, which not only increases classroom participation, but also facilitates follow-up of learning progress. This model is currently in its second year of implementation. The school introduced AI to grade test papers, accurately pointing out the students' improvement directions, and at the same time guiding students to make good use of AI to carry out independent learning according to their personal progress. In addition to school-based educational psychologists for professional assessment, schools also have professional teams and service packages, including school-based speech therapists, counselors, social workers, outsourced occupational therapy services and music therapy, etc., to provide professional assessment and follow-up. In addition, the school also organizes teachers to participate in SEN-related training to strengthen their immediate support capabilities in the classroom, ensuring that it can cover classroom teaching and after-school follow-up, and provide comprehensive care.
