Principal Chik Man Hin believes that the times are changing faster and faster, and the growth rate of knowledge and technology is far faster than what we can teach in the classroom. Today’s education may not be able to meet the needs of students in the next few decades. Therefore, in addition to learning book knowledge, we must also learn to learn "soft skills" such as dealing with people, overcoming difficulties, and adapting to different places, and continue to accumulate experience from practice to lay a solid foundation for future studies or employment.

Multiple learning models to develop “soft skills”

The school is committed to cultivating students to build "soft skills" through multiple learning models. Principal Chik Man Hin Take the E-Sports Society as an example: "We lead students to organize and coordinate e-Sports activities, hoping that they will learn how to organize, collaborate, and promote activities, understand the different needs of contestants, and master the entire project process. For example, students are organized into groups to build a model of the "Zhurong" Mars rover and control the movement of the model through programming, thereby learning about the design and operating principles of the "Zhurong".
