H.K.R.S.S. Tuen Mun Primary School Upholds the principles of "every student can be taught", "every student is a star" and "every student must be loved". Principal Pang Min Pei takes "A filial son of a family repays his parents' kindness and reveals his potential through positivity and self-confidence" as the theme, emphasizing the cultivation of students' values, focusing on "filial piety", supplemented by positive qualities such as "gratitude, curiosity and leadership". Through courses and learning activities, he helps students build good character and positive values, and become kind-hearted people with both political integrity and talent.

Education and rewards go hand in hand to establish the cornerstone of values

Values education is an important cornerstone for students to lay a correct outlook on life. The school uses educational activities and rewards in parallel to cultivate students' good moral character and behavior. For example, on the theme of "Filial Piety", the "Close and Recent Photos" family photography competition was held, allowing students and parents to share parent-child time, and display the photos in the "Filial Piety Gallery" to understand the principle of "filial piety comes first".

The school also implements a moral award program, combined with the "Swastika Money" activity, to reward students with "Swastika Money" based on their performance in different areas such as personal growth, school, family or social services. Students can use "Swastika Money" to redeem rewards, and have the opportunity to receive mysterious gifts from the principal and teachers through the gashapon machine to encourage students' positive behaviors and attitudes.

The school provides diversified learning experiences, including K-Pop, lion dance teams, floor pots, and STEAM brick engineers. In terms of STEAM teaching, the school has set up "STEAM Building Block Engineer" and "Science Exploration Doctorate" courses for different stages, aiming to cultivate students' inquiry spirit from an early age.
