"Tomorrow's leaders, today's leaders" is the educational philosophy that TWGHs Tsoi Wing Sing Primary School has implemented since its establishment. As the ASchool for Tomorrow’s Leaders, the school emphasizes cultivating students with leadership qualities. Entering the new school year, Principal Liang Dunyu hopes that students can develop good study and living habits, practice positive attitudes such as respect and responsibility, improve their positive achievements, and devote themselves to learning and life. Through a series of educational plans, students are cultivated from an early age to develop in knowledge, insight, moral character, attitude, physical fitness, habits, etc., laying a solid foundation for becoming "tomorrow's leaders".

Construct an international English context and cultivate international vision and insights

The school attaches great importance to English education and creates a strong English learning atmosphere through extracurricular and extracurricular arrangements. It is not only the transfer of knowledge and skills, but also the development of knowledge. In terms of teaching, English elements will be incorporated into different subjects to strengthen students' learning abilities in different areas and help them enter English secondary schools in the future.

The school is also committed to building an international English context. It has arranged three foreign teachers at different levels to carry out games, activities and English rugby classes. It also arranged foreign coaches to teach students English football. In a pleasant life situation, students will naturally become accustomed to using English for communication. In order to inspire students to develop logical thinking and master the ability to apply technology, the school proactively plans STEAM education to develop students' knowledge and skills in technology, science and other aspects. Faced with the separation of general knowledge subjects into humanities and science subjects, the school had already separated the teaching of general knowledge and science when the school opened in 2018, and established a systematic teaching model.

In terms of classroom arrangements, the school coordinates the afternoon STEAM courses with the morning classroom content, and designs themed experiments, teaching activities and special studies for different grades. The school also implements the "Book Bag Project", which mainly focuses on English books, allowing students to pass books to each other and provide additional reading resources in addition to textbooks.

In addition, teachers and students are scheduled to read together in the morning two days a week, and students are encouraged to read for ten minutes every day and record it in their handbooks to help them develop a regular reading habit. Principal Liang pointed out: "We use sports to promote children's brain development and thereby improve their academic performance. In the new school year, the school will optimize the class schedule, extend the sports time after lunch on Fridays, and carry out school-wide activities or group activities such as physical fitness and ball games. At the same time, we make good use of the spacious environment of the school building to allow students to use the track and court for free exercise during their daily leisure time. During the lunch break every Friday, school-wide sports, thousand-person exercises, gymnastics, etc. will also be held to help students develop exercise habits.

In terms of extracurricular activities, the school has projects such as fancy rope skipping, martial arts, football and table tennis, and actively leads sports teams to participate in various competitions. Principal Liang added: "Participating in team sports is good for children's physical and mental health. The school actively provides diverse learning experiences to help students develop their talents and increase their interest in learning and confidence. For example, in terms of music, the school invites experts to take classes every week for the second and third grade students, and arranges musical instrument learning during class time to help students explore their interests and talents in music at an early age. Senior students can join the school orchestra to further develop their potential, and even participate in competitions to accumulate performance experience. Earlier, the school brought students from the orchestra to Taipei for a four-day exchange, and also allowed them to showcase their learning achievements through flash mob performances and exchange performances.

In terms of learning, the school has arranged English adaptation classes during the summer vacation and provided self-study materials and reading pens and other tools from the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Joint School, so that students can review English at home and develop the habit of reading and self-study.
