| whole_school_approach_integrated_education | We have set up a Student learning Support Committee. Members include Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), two Special Educational Needs Teachers (SENT) and the head of counselling. Our cross-disciplinary team which consists of educational psychologists, social workers, speech therapists, teaching staff help to facilitate early identification of students with special educational needs so that appropriate support can be provided to them. We also design supporting programmes, curriculum and teaching adjustments, examinations and assessments for students with special educational needs in a "Whole School Participation" mode. To support students with different special learning needs, we use learning support grant flexibly, providing different types of learning skills classes, speech therapy services, social training groups, individual educational plans, senior schoolmates counselling programmes.
