oa_orientation_activities_n_healthy_life1. Summer Bridging Program including parents seminars for S.1 students is mainly from mid-July to mid August. It helps to build good home-school relationships and student's growth.
2. Students participate in English training courses to prepare them to get involved in extended learning activities in English.
3. All S.1 students have to participate in the orientation courses which include team building and career planning and I.T. workshops in order to prepare for the new school life.
4. JCMKEC Goal S.1 Bridging Program Ceremony is held and it helps explore students' potential.
5. Parents can participate in the Summer Bridging program to learn more about our school.
6. Mentors from senior forms lead the new students in the bridging programme.

II. Strengthen value education to promote holistic student development.
school_organisation1. An effective School Management Model. School Principal and core administrators work closely with the five departments (Quality Assurance, Academic Development, Student Development, School Development and Information Technology and Innovation). It forms a team of learner-centered teachers who believe "All Are Educable; All Can Succeed".
2. Teacher representatives participate in the weekly School Management Meetings to ensure teachers' opinions are expressed and heard. It enables the policies to be carried out in a fair and open fashion.
3. The Mentorship Program involves all senior and experienced teachers who provide help and support to the less experienced teachers.
imc_smc_mcThe Incorporated Management Committee was established on June 1,2010, managed by Man Kwan Educational Organization Co. Ltd (a non-profit organisation) to provide quality education which implement the believe of student-centred under the school motto "All Are Educable All Can Succeed".
school_green_policy1. Classrooms have fully switched to T5 fluorescent tubes. This saves electricity and protects students' eyesight.
2. Solar panels have been installed on the rooftop.
3. All school restrooms now use electronic faucets as part of a water-saving plan.
4. A rooftop garden has been built on top of the auditorium to reduce its temperature.
5. Energy-efficient air conditioning has been installed throughout the school.
6. The school runs a recycling program for plastic bottles and waste paper in collaboration with environmental organizations to raise awareness.
7. Environmental signs are posted in all classrooms to remind students to start with daily actions.

1. To refine English curriculum and develop students’ ACTIVE learning and collaborative skills in English through e-learning & experiential learning.
2. To organise diverse English learning activities and create an immersive English environment through cross-curricular collaboration
3. To incorporate public speaking and debate into Chinese learning in order to boost students’ confidence in speaking and their ability to think from multiple perspectives.

(B) Feature Education
1. To reinforce self-directed learning, through BYOD and enhance self-directed learning capacities.
2. To enhance students’ abilities to apply information technology by launching AI courses in junior form life-wide learning periods
3. To achieve “ACTIVE Education” and “Deep Learning” through whole-school participation in “global diverse experiential learning” activities, including cross-curricular local and overseas study tours.

(C) Gifted Education

whole_school_approach_integrated_educationThe Whole-school Approach is adopted to enhance Integrated Education through Jockey Club Man Kwan EduYoung College. Students with special educational needs are fully supported by the student support team which includes vice principal, teachers and teaching assistants.
The given subsidy is sufficiently used in diverse dimensions to strive the best in supporting students in need. Teachers specialized in integrated education, well-trained counselors and teaching assistants promote comprehensive activities to inspire student's potential and improve student's social skills. Before implementing integrated education activities, the screening of students with special needs is put into the greatest concern. All F.1 students are recommended and prior to the screening. In order to master students' levels in the subjects of Chinese, English and Math, all F.1 students need to take academic tests. The educational psychologist and multiple professions cooperate intensively to assess and review the program through conference and workshops, which also include parents' participation.

home_school_co_operationOur school strives to enhance home-school collaboration and create a harmonious campus. Parents and teachers work closely together, actively participating in school activities to strengthen parent-child relationships. This year, the PTA organized a variety of engaging events, such as pain relief and anti-aging workshops, barbecue gatherings, yoga classes, wellness stations, a visit to Shek Kong Barracks, and family outings. Parent volunteers also supported major school events, including Open Day, Information Day, Sports Day, and Chinese Culture Day, demonstrating the spirit of partnership. The Heartfelt Knitting Group crafted gifts and charity items for graduating students, while the Leisure Farmers Group participated in campus farming, learning to grow herbs and vegetables. Before and after Lunar New Year, they learned to trim daffodil bulbs, make festive cakes, and distribute red packets, enriching the festive atmosphere. Together, we create an environment for students’ holistic development.
