school_dev_planThe SDP focuses on three major concerns. They aim at fostering our students' two essential attributes: to be competent, committed learners and compassionate, caring as well as responsible citizens in meeting the challenges of the world. This echoes the core values of Catholic Education, the Franciscan spirits as well as the school mission.

The First Major Concern for 2024-2027 is "To foster students' proactive mindset and further enhance self-directed learning capacity". In order to develop students’ proactive mindset and boost their confidence to take up challenges, it is essential to further enhance self-directed learning capacity by using data analysis and Information Technology.

The Second Major Concern for 2024-2027 is "To foster students’ positive mindset and develop a healthy lifestyle". We recognize the significance of incorporating concepts such as growth mindset, PERMA (Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment), and character strengths into our educational approach. These concepts empower students to develop resilience, foster well-being, and cultivate their full potential.

The Third Major Concern for 2024-2027 is "To promote values education into students and nurture them into responsible citizens". Our College embraces the motto of AMOR ET LABOR (Love and Labour) and is dedicated to nurturing our students to be responsible citizens by combining Catholic Education and the virtues of Chinese Culture.
teacher_pro_training_and_devTeachers are encouraged to attend professional development courses.
