learning_and_teaching_strategiesWe promote whole-school approach "paradigm teaching" and "self-directed learning" to give students more practical opportunities. In order to enhance students' ability in advanced learning, we develop systematic lessons preview platform and help them to form notes-taking habit.

In junior forms, students are expected to attain a solid foundation in the core subjects and develop diversified learning interests in daily context. In senior forms, to prepare for the forthcoming tertiary education, students are trained to master self-learning skills which enhance intellectual capacity. To further enhance the teaching effectiveness, Lesson Study has become a regular practice in the school.

Extensive reading sessions are implemented at all levels. Reading promotion projects such as book exhibitions and award schemes are launched. The school library plays a significant role in establishing a multi-media independent learning environment. The school library also serves as an evening study centre to develop student self learning habits.
