| language_policy | Medium of instructions: Cantonese. Two Native English Teachers (NET) and an extra English teacher are hired. There are streaming classes offered in S.1 to S.6. Speaking lessons are co-taught by NET and a local English teacher. Our NETs also organise extra speaking training programmes regularly for S.3 and S.6 students. Language Across the Curriculum is implemented across the forms and in various non-language subjects to enhance English vocabulary learning. To enable our students to become biliterate and trilingual, there are various activities available, including Chinese and English Reading scheme, English Week, Speech Festival, Chinese and Putonghua Week. Morning assemblies are conducted in either English or Putonghua and Cantonese. |
